Amazon Echo Silver SNL Skit - Finally an Alexa For Seniors

Dear Creators of Amazon Echo,

Saturday Night Live just gave you the best idea ever via the above skit.  Or maybe they just leaked an idea you are working on (fingers crossed).  I have witnessed seniors in action with the current Amazon Echo, therefore, I can attest that this skit is a 100% accurate representation of the day to day interaction of seniors with your current Amazon Echo.  Two other "senior friendly" functionalities I would recommend you add to "Amazon Echo Silver" are listed below:

1.  Change the name from Alexa to the name of the senior's child.   My dad would never forget the Amazon echos name if it was simply named after me, Renee.

2.  Amazon Echo should address the senior by his/her first name.  This is much more welcoming and friendly don't you think as opposed to just the echo's general response to anyone listening.

Thank you for your time and assistance.  I can't wait to purchase the first gen Amazon Echo Silver when it is officially available for sale hopefully before the end of the year please (fingers crossed again )!
